As a registered user on the CBBain.com website, My Home Planner keeps an eye on your favorite properties and emails you as soon as there is a change in their status.
Our convenient virtual assistant helps you stay up-to-date in a competitive marketplace.
New listings direct to you It's easy to plan you next move at CBBain.com. When you save your search, My Home Planner emails new listings straight to your inbox as soon as they become available.
Name your search (e.g. Kate's Dream Home Area) and select how often you would like to receive the newest listings on the market.
Bookmark Favorite Properties and receive instant notification via email about changes in price, sold status or upcoming open houses. On each property detail page, click Add to Favorites to designate favorite properties.
Access the My Searches and My Favorites tabs to modify any of your saved searches or favorite properties. Once you make these changes, expect My New Properties and Watch List emails to be updated within 24 hours.

More properties, fewer clicks Jumpstart your home search right from the home page! Begin by clicking on a desired city or area using the predefined box. Then narrow your search:
Specify home features. Begin by entering your search criteria (i.e. price range, number of bedrooms, square footage, etc.) To further refine your search, select specific home features from the left hand sidebar.
You can also use the slider bar to zoom in or out. Click View Legend for an explanation of icons. To maneuver around different areas, simply click and drag your mouse.
Get the details. Once you narrow your search to less than 300 properties, scroll over the house icons on the map to see property details at a glance. Click View Property Details or List View for complete property information.
